telephone number, credit card information and your e-mail address. We
use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you
about your order. Placing an order will automatically set up your account
with LAMF.com. Providing additional information in your registration
allows you to take advantage of special site features including; your
Personal Address Book for storage of family and friends' information.
If you're a registered customer, you enter your billing and shipping
information only once each time you shop and you can also access your
Order History to review information about past online purchases. You
can review or revise your personal information at any time. Simply click
Account Info located at the top of any page.
When you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we collect your name and
e-mail address so that we can send you advance notice of sales and events
or tell you about new products and services. You can unsubscribe from
our newsletter at any time by sending your unsubscribe request to: customerservice@LAMF.com
and type "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
When you visit our site, our web server automatically recognizes only
your domain name, but not your e-mail address. We collect the domain
name and monitor general site use and traffic patterns to improve our
web site and the products and services we offer. The information we
collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. We may use

At LAMF.com, you never have to worry about your credit card safety.
If unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of
shopping at LAMF.com, you will not be held accountable.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, federal law limits your responsibility
for unauthorized charges up to $50.00. This means that your bank cannot
hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.
If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, LAMF.com
will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00.
LAMF.com will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of
your credit card for purchases made at LAMF.com resulted through no
fault of your own.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify
your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and
procedures.
