How do I order online?
We strive to make it as easy as possible for you to order online. When
shopping, simply add an item to your Shopping Cart from any product page
by selecting a quantity and in the drop down menu select whether or not
you would like this item shipped to you or a gift recipient and then click
"Submit."
And, of course, you can always order by phone by calling us at 714-669-1500,
10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday (PST). For more detailed information, please see How to Order.
Is the credit card information that I submit when ordering online
secure?
Absolutely. Every page in the LAMF.com online ordering process that requests
credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. We
encrypt your personal information, such as your credit card number, when
transmitting over the Internet using SSL. SSL renders information unreadable
should anyone try to intercept it. See our Security and Privacy Policies
for more information.
Can I return something I bought online?
It's easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. If a product fails
to meet your expectations simply return it within 30 days and we will
refund, replace or exchange it for you. Assist us by indicating the reason
for your return or exchange on the back of your packing slip. Please repack
your order, enclose the packing slip, insure the package and mail it to:

We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please

I can't find the product I am looking for.
How can I search for it?
The Search button is located on the top navigation bar of every page.
You can search for product names and descriptions that are featured in
our online store.
What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?
When your order is received, it will be processed and shipped within 48
hours. If you checked the LAMF.com Instant Gift box associated with any
item purchased when you viewed your order, your gift will be delivered
instantly by e-mail to the designated recipient.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and the American Express
Optima credit card.
Are gift-wrapping and gift messages available for products I buy
online?
Since gifts are carefully wrapped in tissue and packaging paper and shipped
in our signature boxes, we don't cover them with gift-wrap. However, we
do include gift messages that you can write at the Checkout: shipping
method section.
Why isn't my browser working with your site?
Ordering from our site requires the use of an SSL-compliant browser. We
recommend using Netscape 3.02, or Microsoft IE 3.02 (or more recent versions
of either). Version 3.01 of both browsers incorrectly displays "transfer
interrupted" when retrieving information from our databases. For
AOL users, either the 3.0 or 4.0 AOL client for PCs or the 4.0 AOL client
for Macs is recommended. Also, your browser preferences must be set to
accept "cookies."
Why is my order empty?
Your browser could be configured to refuse "cookies." This site
uses cookies to keep items added to an order "attached" to the
correct shopper. Cookies also save you from having to type in all of your
billing information every time you order an item. In your preferences,
you can change your browser option to accept cookies. Or, order by phone
by calling 714-669-1500, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday (PST) with the item.

Shipping Information

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Shipping and handling charges are based on merchandise total only for
each delivery address. We ship UPS Standard Ground service. In-stock orders
should arrive in 7-10 business days. You can also choose to upgrade to
UPS Three Day Air (add $9.95) or Next Day Air (add $24.95) to ship the

Can items be shipped internationally?
We currently do not accept international orders.
How is sales tax calculated on orders?
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of California.
Sales tax charged on orders sent within the state of California is calculated
on your merchandise total.
