General Shipping Information
We ship UPS Standard Ground service. Delivery charges are based on merchandise total only for each delivery address. In-stock orders should arrive in 7-10 business days. You can also choose to upgrade to UPS Three Day Air (add $9.95).

Prices and product availability are subject to change. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we notify you of an anticipated delivery date.

International Orders
We currently do not accept international orders.

Outside the Continental U.S.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS Second Day Air. Delivery charges are based on total order, plus $9.95 for Second Day Air.

To place orders to U.S. territories, APO and FPO addresses, please call Customer Service at 714-669-1500, 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday (PST), 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday (PST).

To track your order, go to your Account Info page by clicking Account Info at the top navigation bar, Sign In, and click Order Status. Or call us at 714-669-1500, 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday (PST), 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday (PST). Please have your Order Number handy.

Sales Tax:
Estimated tax amounts depend on the shipping address for the order. These amounts are calculated in the checkout process when the shipping address is provided. Shipping address within California will be charged the California Sales Tax rate of 8%. No sales tax will be charged for shipping addresses outside of California.

Additional Delivery (AD):
Some larger items require additional charges. Any items that include an Additional Delivery charge will be clearly stated on the product description on product pages.

Basic Freight Delivery:
As indicated in the item description, some heavy items will be shipped by Basic Freight Delivery. Basic Freight is a dependable and economical way to deliver your purchase to your door in 3-5 weeks. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, daytime hours only. When ordering, be sure to include your phone number. Extra charges may apply to remote areas or complicated deliveries. Some heavy or bulky items are not available for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call for availability and charges.
